the only good about this show is Hwang in-youp's acting. The script was so haphazardly done. The storyline is disconnected, i find it hard to finish the 6 episodes, the other actors were boring.

The series is very engaging, i love Saul and Quinn.. I love Farah too bad her character was killed. But Carrie frustrates me.. She is very emotional i want to slap her at times.. But when her decisions are right it's also very satisfying.

As a doctor, Dr. Romantic 2 is ok. not a good as Hospital playlist but better than other medical shows like Hospital ship. i dont get why they say it is one of the best kdrama. Although the show tries to be medially accurate, there are still a lot of medical impossible scenes in it, a surgeon caught abusing Anxiloytics should right and there be fired at least, gravest would be losing her liscence. the actors are commendable, those who played, Master kim, Dr. Seo, Nurse Oh, Nurse Park ,Im amused by Mr Gu, but there are too many antagonists in this show, Dr. Park, Dr. Yang, the female aneth, and the CEO. i mean i came here to be entertained, not to be irritated. I was so irritated i fast forward scenes that included them. In the real hospital settings, we dont see that much evil in doctors, they usually get along well, although bullying exists but not to that extend. it was so irritating i want to stop watching the show at episode 10. ;(

A lot of scenes made me laugh (as an MD), things dont happen like that in real ER settings, but i know a lot was done for the cinematics. The filming of patients and doctors without their consent was especially an eyesore to me. I couldve smacked him with his camera 🤦‍♀️😂
