Fiction writers should write fiction and not use their writings as a platform for personal political narrative. We read fiction to get away from reality and a respite from the constant news cycles and opinions. Having read almost everything he has written, I regretfully have to remove Daniel Silva from my list of favorite authors. I will not purchase another one of his books.
