WOW this movie is amazing at just 55 minutes. I am overcome with emotion. As a second generation Cuban I felt all the hidden and clear messages in this film. My people are oppressed and still find happiness through music. Even when constantly being broken down and stripped of basic needs they still find a way to smile and laugh. Through the beating of the drums , the rhythm in their waist down to there feet. The symbolism of the mother of our beautiful island Yemaya. I felt a proud sense of nostalgia. Donald Glover you have truly outdone yourself the amount of talent and vision you have is without measure. Like , THIS is America ..... really why I can run out of words expressing how much this film spoke to me . We still got our day PERIOD
