I one day set out to listen to Etta's entire discography. It took me a little over a year to listen to all of the albums and take them in and experience them fully. This one is still my one of my favorites, if not my definitive favorite after many years. Her experience and the songs just work in an almost magical way. It's impressive. Can't believe this didn't get even a nomination at the Grammys that year.
