At first I thought to myself- Did this film need to be made? I could watch the documentary type film THIS IS ELVIS And I could be entertained, But after watching 30 minutes of the film I was hooked not unlike the king was Austin shines like gold I consider my self an upper echelon Elvis fan since I was 3 in 1975. I’ve seen all films all docs and such And even concert with burton sweet inspirations and all the band and orchestra. It’s a must see film for old fans And new ones. Take my word

I think the book is glorious. Like Q.Ts. Other films ( pulp fiction,r.dogs, True romsnce) Those screen plays are available in book form. In these books/screen plays there is extra footage (deleted Scenes that didn’t make the cut but were just as good as the scenes that made it)back stories of characters and how they are all somehow related or crossed paths in their shady underworld gangster dealings ! It’s like a convict book lovers version of an origins series. Question not only made a great film But he loved his characters(yes Hollywood is a main character too) enough to give them a back story!! Check out the book In the words of Vincent Vega You’ll dig it the most!!!
