How can you go wrong with Benecio Del Toro? When he is in a scene, he is the only one you watch. In this flick, you identify with him, and know what he knows as he learns it. It is a slow burn, but is well worth it.

Atmospheric French dramal with depth and humanity. The whole cast was excellent. Especially enjoyed the slow reveal of Eve's mysterious past. And, of course, loved the mystical white wolf.

Best movie of the year. Luminous performances from the entire cast. Kudos to Kenneth Branagh.

Spoilers. What really struck me was the number of highly educated women in the family who did not put a halt to the patriarch with psychosis.
Mental health problems plus secrecy plus power is a deadly combination. Tragic.

Watched this after seeing the Netflix series. The documentary is more interesting, more informative and more vibrant than the Netflix series. Absolutely loved it.

Original and unique and heartbreaking and inspiring. Riz and the character who plays his mentor are both terrific.

Thoroughly enjoyed the casting: Sasha Cohen, Eddie Redmayne, Jeremy Strong. Loved Michael Keaton's cameo as Ramsey Clark. The theme of systemic racism was demonstrated poignantly in the actions of the presiding judge. The reading of the fallen soldiers at the end by Hayden brought tears to my eyes. Highly recommended.

Pure Guy Ritchie! Funny, bawdy and fun! Great cast ... especially Jeremy Strong from Succession and a sleezy Hugh Grant!
