I've just finished the first two episodes and I cannot wait for more! The atmosphere, plot, acting are superlative. The politicking and scheming are prime Game of Thrones but I hate making that comparison as I want this show to stand on its own. The scheming between the various lords and the Portuguese faction is titillating and suspenseful as we watch various characters play the game. I love it! I cannot wait for next week. I haven't felt this way about a show in a long while. Highly recommended if you enjoy top tier drama

I loved it! Super charming and funny. And surprisingly enough educational as well.

This was a decent “last” job movie. I must admit I only checked this out because I wanted to see the greatest rock band on Earth, Band Maid, in the movie but got into the story and enjoyed it quite a bit.

Very enjoyable escapist fun. Good action sequences and good performances all around. There was a sort of start-stoo quality to the movie which made the movie a little choppy but still I'll watch it again. A good start to, hopefully, many movies and stories for this new Marvel hero. And don't forget the end credits. The first one was great but the second... Meh. They should've switched it around so we end on a high note.

I agree with another reviewer in that this is not a movie for the mainstream viewer. Without sounding like a snob this is more a movie for cinephiles who appreciate technique and imagery to convey emotions and tell a story. This story is not going to hold your hand with a character who provides exposition so the viewer has an idea of what's going on. If you're looking for that watch Black Widow. Okay the last sentence was snobby. Also knowing the actual tale and the chivalric code is helpful to get a better understanding of the themes in the movie that it's trying to telI. I do agree though it could've been 10 minutes shorter. Some shots were a little too long. And for those who do know the actual tale I also know some things were changed. As for the actual film I found it to be extremely thought provoking. And the visual in the movie were absolutely beautiful. Some shots I wanted to take and put in a frame and hang up on the wall. Great cinematography.Again not a movie for those who like to be told what, when and how to feel. I think I would've preferred to see this released in November so it's better remembered for awards season so Dev Patel and ALicia Vikander don't get lost in the mix for acting noms. They both deserve noms.

I Love this show. Phil is a terrific host/Everyman exploring the world to places new and old to him. I’ll miss his mother segments but Dad and his wife are still there to add brevity to the program. I hope this continues for many years to come. I’m writing this just after I learned of a 5th season renewal and I hope Netflix renews it for many seasons more. Being able to travel and try cuisines vicariously thru him has been a positive during the pandemic.

It was well-made and acted but it was rather obvious and unoriginal at the same time. We've seen descents into madness portrayed before on screen so Arthur Fleck's descent into madness was something already familiar. I wanted to like it more but didn't find it to be as captivating as others did. I mean am I the only one wondering why people can't see it's just a reimagining of "Psycho"?
