This is a bizarre series. You cannot agree with many things while watching. You have a lot of disappointments. You wish some characters behaved differently. Yet, in the end, you miss everything about this show. The characters in the show are very well etched-out. They are shown as normal people with believable problems. The fact that they are an entire species apart from human beings is so subtly and believably integrated. All the main characters are simply awesome (except Kala in the first season, although she made it up big time in the second). The concept is unique and thought-provoking. I just wish Netflix had the patience to stick around a little longer. All the characters teach you some things. Will with his responsibility, Riley with her sweetness, Nomi with her perseverance, Lito with his love, Wolfgang with his badassery, Kala with her practical thinking, Sun with her courage and Capheus with his passion for life are my most favourite characters from a show at present. Everyone, this is worth your time. Watch it.
