Pleasant western with the usual western trappings. John Wayne playing his usual role. A pity the characters have names of real people to whom they bear scant resemblance.

Well plotted. Social message. Good tune and photography. Totally unrealistic gunfight - as is generally the case in westerns - but still quite tense. 4 stars because of the date
