The Host has been in my top favorites for over a decade now. Every once in a while, I rewatch the movie to remember the characters that I love so dearly. Though the books are always more detailed than the movies, I have to give the movie credit where it is due. The graphics dipict the Souls, alient technology, and resistance's cave 100X better than the visions I could imagine myself. Not to mention, the cast portrayed the characters beautifully. This movie truly makes me feel. My heart swells with every love scene, and I cringe to every battle. I will forever be advocating for a sequel.

I typically don't like old-timey renaissance type of shows, but I was surprised to find that I loved Disenchantment! The characters are so relatable, the humor cracks me up, and the number of possibilities that they could create with the story line was impressive! Season one took off at a slow pace but I'm so excited to watch this story ramp up!

I've been rewatching the show for at least 10 years! It never gets boring and there's always more to learn every time I watch. You can dig as deep as you want into this storyline. Serious fans explore their 'universe' and find eggshells in works made by the same producers. Sometimes even sharing theories about some of the characters being the same or timelines overlapping. Futurama might only be 10 seasons, but I think it's better than the Simpsons, because just with those 10 seasons there is never-ending entertainment. I'd rather have never-ending entertainment in a 10 season show than have mediocre entertainment in a never-ending show. P.S. This show stopped airing in 2013. The Nixon episode was made in 1999.... No way were they somehow attacking Trump. They make fun of the whole political system. If you hate politicians, this show really shouldn't offend you.
