Please fix your game and listen to the players. The game constantly has unexplained bugs. It crashes every time I play and the only way to fix it is to unplug my console from the wall and replug it in, damaging my console and my external storage, forcing it to perform a system repair. We have constantly encountered obvious cheaters and been paired with hackers in Quads that openly brag that ricochet is worthless and doesn't stop them one bit. They are making money off selling hacks for your game to others. This game has been my escape from reality during COVID and the way for my bros back home 1200mi away from where I moved to keep in touch and "hang out", but sadly we are all considering moving on from this poorly managed/sustained game. Please, I repeat, fix your game and provide us with support and updates that actually work and fix what could be a great game. I digress.
