Whilst the Director may have had a good idea on paper to star children in a movie about rebellion and the discovery of girlhood, the result was a complete flop. It is nothing more than a mess of horrid, audacious film of literal CHILDREN, dancing erotically with the morality that stealing, breaking tradition, and hanging around the wrong group is apparently ok for the young women and children growing up today. I will admit that the tone was subtle at the beginning, but if it was not for the use of close ups on children's buttocks, loins, and various God knows what is nothing more than disturbing. But I could not finish the film the moment a CHILD'S breast was shown ON THE INTERNET. Both literally, and cinematically. Any mother would've been shocked and horrified upon seeing another mother's childs breast shown on screen like that. But what shocks me even more, is that there a people who deliberately DEFEND this film simply because the director is a black woman, yet call us out for being against having children dance erotically now for the whole world to see. Now imagine if the director was a white male, nothing else is changed. Only the opinions. Now ask yourself who is the real sexist and racists in the media.
