Terrible game. Matchmaking sucks, so many smurfs, and they ban so easily for "offensively" chatting. If you don't like "offensive" words in your chatting, then just make it so the message doesn't send. Not only is competitive bad, but casual isn't even fun. Game is so dry and the devs are so slow and haven't made any real updates to their game in forever. They still have the same 4 mid extra modes and they are never played because they suck.
