Watch out for sneaky recurring membership fees. There is also apparently no phones at 'HQ' so you can't even speak to anyone to ask why no reminder emails weren't sent before recurring fees were charged. I think it should be illegal for companies not to send out reminder emails at the very least before recurring fees are charged.
