It never struck me as a comedy until 2/3 over. If it’s intended as a parody of government vs science, then it worked. Leo was suburb as he normally is but Cate and Perry were flat. Overall, a silly script makes for a silly movie. Visually, Netflix got its monies worth but sadly, that didn’t save this mishmash of a film.
