Hold on, let me put on my sunglasses, so I can see what I'm doin' here. Without simply going on and on about how much I love this album, I will just state that this is one of my top 3 favorite Parliament albums along with Mothership and Motor Booty. Also, to repeat something I saw while searching: this really is such a cool funk-opera and besides the tracks being great on their own, the album tells part of a larger dramatic story.
