I love the show! On June 3, 2020 an episode aired where AT&T phones were involved. The judges made fun of the statement that an AT&T agent came to the house and implied that it was something Shady in the deal. The fact is that AT&T does in fact come to your house and will stay until the phone is fully operational. I have been an AT&T customer for 25 years. My last phone purchase was an IPhone 11 and the agent sat with me, in the home, until my phone was working and I had all the services I wanted. I also feel the verdict was unjust because you assumed the defendant lied. He didn’t, the plaintiff jumped the gun and overreacted. I don’t know either of them but the decision was wrong to award he the contract amount. She basically ended the deal on her own because of her actions. She went to his job & called the police. He could have been fired because of her actions.
