I have bought and given away, no joke, dozens of copies. This book is so important to me. I listen to it on audio almost every year just to remind myself of some of the incredible wisdom packed inside. Something I can't stand about self help books is the feeling that the author has only a few real helpful insights that have been stretched out into a 400 page book to insinuate it's value.
The war of art is not this... It's short, succinct, and incredibly potent.
The authors use of nonfiction writing background is an amazing tool to illustrate simple concepts in potent ways.
Absolutely one of the most important books I've ever read.
