60 dollars for an 8.5 hour game is not okay in my book. There is nothing memorable about this game that makes it worth 60 dollars. I am fully convinced anyone that gives this game a 5 star review either 1) didn't buy it, 2) doesn't value their money spent vs time spent playing a game, or 3) is just a huge fanboy that won't take an objective look at this game and its many flaws. Look at half the 5 star reviews and they all have the same list of cons for the game. That speaks volumes about the game's problems and people's inability to look at this IP objectively. The game is fun enough, but it's equally frustrating. The soundtrack is practically nonexistent. I guarantee you not a single person could hum the melody for any track in the game besides the one from Super Metroid. Nothing innovative was done with this series or genre. It's the same old Metroid game with a new, albeit very gorgeous look.
