It's the BEST Rom-Com I've seen, and I don't watch K-Drama. I think it's very refreshing to have a glimpse of North Korea (even if not completely accurate). I absolutely adore every second of it, from the storyline to the characters. I love it, so much. I definitely, DEFINITELY would recommend this to people, especially those new ones who aren't sure what K-drama to watch first. You'll laugh a lot (it's awkwardly comical in a good way), cry, and fall in love with the characters. Though some parts are predictable in my opinion, but it doesn't ruin your overall experience with the series. Go see it if you are planning to, you would regret to having to see it and that's coming from a person who watches a lot of western movies and series.
