I liked CoS mostly. It had some flaws.. such as (extremely long movie, not very good acting). First Harry is trapped in his Aunt and Uncle's house and gets rescued.. But the plot of them flying a car to the Burrow and also flying it to Hogwarts doesn't make much sense. Emma Watson was always exaggerating her lines and Rupert Grint was just making his facial expressions a bit weird, making the movie a little cringe to me. Another problem with the movie is that it is too long. 2 hours and 40 minutes of runtime.. they could have cut things like the scenes in Knockturn & Diagon Alley to make things shorter just like in most of the other films except in the Half Blood Prince I think Diagon Alley was pretty important but here in CoS they are just shopping for the school supplies not very important . I don't know why but this movie just felt much longer than all of the other films in the franchise. I really like the plot of Voldemort's Diary in this movie and how they made the battle between Harry and the Basilisk interesting, the Quidditch and some jump scares in some scenes. Harry and Ron following the Spiders and escaping with the wild car was also pretty dramatic. The memory from Voldemort's diary was pretty well done. Dobby was pretty dumb in this year. He tried to save Harry's life but almost got him expelled or killed which was very funny. I just dislike when at the near end of the movie Harry tricks Lucius Malfoy into freeing Dobby he says the first verse of the killing curse -"Avada" (the killing curse is "Avada Kedavra") which meant that he was about to kill Harry. This was not logical to add because we know Lucius Malfoy wasn't that stupid to kill Harry feet in front of Dumbledore's office which would definitely but him lifetime in Azkaban in which he desperately tried to avoid. Overall good movie with some flaws.
