After everything the worst of the pandemic had to offer, this was exactly what I needed. I'm eighteen years old; I've been a fan of PAW Patrol since 2016. Even then, I never expected a PAW Patrol movie to be this good.
Spoiler alert below, if you care.
The movie is much more heavy than the show, focusing on Chase's past trauma and anxiety, though I can't imagine any young child being frightened by it. But from an adult's standpoint, it was great.
Not to mention that this is a great watch if you can appreciate a great animation style. Visually, this movie is stunning.
You can watch it on Paramount+ but it's an even better experience watching it in a theater, especially if you haven't been in a while or if your child has never been.
