It never quite got to where it was headed. I wanted it to have a real impact on me and it just... didn’t. Joaquin is a masterful actor and he embraced this role body and soul but something was missing.

Disappointing version of this story. Really dull, not compelling in any way. I understand Stephen King thought it was great. Sorry Stephen, you’re wrong on this one.😔 I love John Lithgow and Jason Clarke but this movie just didn’t work.

I didn’t think it was as great as the reviews suggested. It was fine, but very slow moving. The acting was good, not fantastic. The story was good but not compelling. The subject matter is important and could have been presented better. Just my opinion.
