We used All My Sons for our move this past Saturday. It started off a little rocky due to a late start (two and half hours after our reserved time) and our 4 man team was dropped to 3 without notice. They reduced our rate because they knew it would take longer than our quoted 4.5 hours. We were happy with the moving team, but the operations side was not the best. The quote I was given by email did not match the quote in the office. As for the movers, they were wonderful. Shay, Tim and Freeman did an awesome job. They had a system and it worked for them. They were down a team member and they didn't complain about it. We would use the movers themselves again, but we were very disappointed in how the company handled this situation.
