I found this film totally inaccessible and at times boring, reminding me of the ennui that is named as the location of the film itself. Aside from a glimpse here and there, I came out without any clear idea or recollection of what I just saw. Seems like a lot of time, effort, talent and money spent on content that has little coherence, significance or relevance. If dispatches are supposed to communicate something, this failed to communicate anything to me.
