Welp that’s 1hr40mins of my life I’ll never get back. This film was absolutely horrible, and didn’t do the manga or the anime any justice whatsoever. A lot of the details that make death note interesting weren’t included in the film. I know you can’t include every detail from a comic or tv show into a movie, but DAMN, it’s like the writers didn’t even care to try. I seldom write reviews, especially when I dislike a movie, but this bs deserved 1 star, I’d put 0 if I could.
