I want to give it more stars. Really, I do. But this game is just flat out unfinished. The story is cool, the atmosphere is incredibly unique, but good Lord the visuals are flat out insulting for a full price game. Now I don't believe graphics are what make a game great - look at every nintendo ip. But when your game's focal point is a sprawling city full of crazy happenings and stunning slow pans to show it off, I shouldn't be squinting to decipher what I'm looking at. Characters float across the screen, sometimes you just sprint forward without any input, cars appear out of nowhere. 8 years in development of a wildly neat and unique story just to be horrendously rushed out the door. Shame. I'd get a refund if I could.
