I have never missed an episode of Survivor. But this season is different. During the past 18 months we have had so many political issues to deal with, Black Lives Matters - the Indigenous situation not to mention Covid. I just want to turn on the TV and lose my mind in it for a few hours. Survivor used to do that to me. But this year is awful. Gone completely political. Can't say "Guys" any more. The selection of the contestants too is political with all the different lifestyles. All the added twists, random idols and advantages makes it too difficult to follow. If this is the way Survivor is going it will be the last season I'll watch. I have tuned in to the latest season of Survivor AU which is far more enjoyable than the US version.

Love the show but I don't know of a family that does not have a television. When you do staging there is never a TV. Is there a reason for this?
