Mega Man: The Power Battle is an awesome arcade game, though it can be played in the Mega Man Anniversary Collection on the PS2 as well. It takes the typical Mega Man formula of shooting enemies, killing a boss, getting their ability, and killing more bosses and converts it into an arcade game. You can choose from three characters: Mega Man, Proto Man, and Bass (for some reason Bass seems to jump higher while Mega Man and Proto Man have no differences, it's weird). You'll be given some difficulty options: Mega Man 1-2, Mega Man 3-6, and Mega Man 7, with Mega Man 7 being the hardest choice and Mega Man 1-2 being the easiest. These difficulty options change the bosses you will fight in your playthrough, adding new attacks, new phases, or replacing the boss with a completely new one. Choose an area to go to, kill the boss, and repeat until you eventually beat the game. It's simple, but incredibly fun. My little brother and I have done at least 50 playthroughs on the PS2 version of this game, with most being on the hardest difficulty. It's a lot easier than other Mega Man games, but it's still a blast, and if you're able to obtain this game or play it, I recommend that you do.
