This movie may not be Marvel's finest film, but once you accept Thor's new-and-improved personality and the radical tonal-shift in the Thor trilogy, it is certainly the most fun. In a nutshell, Thor: Ragnarok is a zany space adventure-comedy set on the exotic world of Sakaar. Over the course of this movie, Thor tries to find a way home to stop Ragnarok, also known as the destruction of Asgard. However, he grows as a person (an alien, to be exact) and matures enough to ascend to the throne. Truly, this movie is no less fun than the description sounds. It is not only a good film at its core, but it is also very entertaining. Honestly, with this combination, I can call Thor: Ragnarok my favorite movie.
