It’s crazy that I can just sit here and review something which I haven’t finish playing. I say that cause it’s something to keep in mind when seeing all these internet reviews. There is no real accountability so, with that said... I’m only about 10 hours in and, as of now, it’s fantastic. Great mechanics, graphics, and story. The gameplay is always gripping and suspenseful. Also, be warned, stuff happens in the story that WILL make you upset. The game is designed to mess with your emotions. Just like when you watch Game of Thrones or Walking Dead. These worlds are not safe and, therefore, the characters you love are also not safe. I love the idea of making you play as characters that you don’t like. It’s a different experience only games can bring to the table. Ultimately, I think this is why people are having such a visceral reaction. They want to hate a villain and just gun them down. They don’t want to exercise different perspectives and empathy. This game will be talked about for a while and for good reason. If you ask me, people don’t like it cause they are enjoying jumping on the internet bandwagon. They see something that sort of aligned with their view and instead of developing their own thoughts they let someone draw conclusions for them. Make up your own mind. Play the game.
