The story tonight about income tax shock was rather superficial. No mention of the "tax reduction" the average employee received. Now the reporter relates that WE should check our withholding and increase it. What was the woman's increase from the tax cut and what does she need to increase her withholdings too? Net loss net gain. Did the tax cut and elimination of deductions result in a less advantaged position for the average consumer?
