I loved it. Plot holds up from start to finish, characters are well-developed (also, who wouldn't love the whimsical protagonist?!), and lines are smooth without being cheesy. Romance aside, this show also explores two important issues: mental illness and a doctor's conflict of interest. An unforgettable sixteen-hour journey!
