In the world of film making if a director tries to capture every thought his with out thinking about the perspective of the audience, the output will be as unbearable as Manu.
some may feel this as the hights of artisistic approach to film making. But the essence of an art is to showcase the creator imagination to the world. In the similar way the essence of film making is to transport the audience to the cinematic world created by the vision of the director.
But over utilization of color grading, unnecessary flash lights appearing from no where all off a sudden, highly dramatized dialouges with no proper character justification, very poorly choreographed camera movements and many more flaws makes this film an unlikable experience .....getting rid of the huge reputation created by the Master piece of a Short film "Madhuram" in no time.
Manu is not where close to being called a movie in the first place let alone a master piece.
Please do not compare this guy with Christopher Nolan and make Indian talent look stupid.
Thank you.
