Somehow all the glitters make me think of Klimt!
The deadly trio of Yang Zimou, Gong Li, and Chow Yun Fat is infallible. It's a feast to my eyes, ears, heart and brain. Even my skin tingled, crawling with the actions. Carefully crafted choreography coupled with enigmatic wide angle cinematography, authentic music, period costumes, incredible plot twists... I aged a bit more, perhaps a bit wiser, and helleluvalot more delighted!
