This book is truly what I have been looking for. I have been struggling with food for years. Taking a look at it from the addiction side is something I would have never considered. I am here to tell you, "Sugar is an addiction!". Molly points out steps to overcome the addiction, in a well laid out plan. It is NOT a diet, it is knowing what triggers you to over eat and provides ways to stop the self sabotage. I have not felt this great in over 20 years! Thank you Molly!
