Great show! I’m seeing these homophobics say they are pushing the “ gay stuff. “ I watched every episode the 4 times a week they are aired and I can only recall one part where there were 2 men kissing at a bar or club. The wife does not seem to be lesbian, what are ya’ people talking about? **Spoiler alert but the blond lady (her friend) seems to be a Russian spy (or possibly an agent) who is trying to manipulate her to get information and distract her. She is not having an affair with her. Lmao! The Air Force captain assigned to work with Hynek is required to follow orders, which are to close the case and keep it from the public using cover stories. Therefore he can not be friendly when Hynek wants to reveal his real theories to the public (for the ones who don’t like the captains personality.) I think the captain knows something is not right but he signed up for a job that requires you to fall into a chain of command and doesn’t seem to want to lose his job. You must be open minded on this subject and acknowledge the fact that this is a drama series based on true events and real reports you can research yourselves but of course, they are going to exagerate slightly to make it more interesting for the viewers. I have read that people can’t here them talk because of sound effects. Turn your damn volume up or get some hearin’ aids folks. I can hear them just fine. For the ones who do not like this show, you were expecting too much and/or missed something and you should watch something else because clearly this isn’t for you. The acting is great from what I’ve seen. You can’t forget this is based in the early 1950s to late 1960s. Besides my ranting, this is the best tv series I have watched. Great camera angles, editing, and acting. The worst part is the end of the show where they make you wait a week to watch the next episode. I look forward to every Tuesday night, finally. P.s- I think the moral of the story is that they are trying to portray the more than likely fact that the government uses cover up stories for the sake and feeling of safety of the people. These are my personal opinions.
