Various parts of multiplayer are broken, including some of the most basic driving around and seeing your friends in the same “server”.
This game will be worth 5 stars eventually, but it’s a joke that IGN and other outlets gave this multiplayer-focused game 10/10 when the multiplayer is better in the previous release.
