Epic source material does not make for an awesome adaptation. Arthurian legend is brought to half-life in this show with Arthur taking a back seat as an average looking sell-sword to an unintriguing Nimue who can barely hold up her own story line. The characters are uncompelling, the storyline is bland and the romance is desperate at best. I desperately hope this show doesn't get a second season.
