This is airline is a complete nightmare! They cancel flights constantly! My experience this far: Scheduled to Fly out on July 9 at 3:45 PM. The flight was delayed several times with no announcements, no attendant ever knew what was going on. After several hours of waiting the flight was ultimately canceled. I was given a rescheduled flight for July 12, three days later. I wasn’t offered any accommodations for hotels or car rentals. Upon my return to the airport on July 12, again after multiple delays, the flight was once again ultimately canceled. No one knew what was going on, any attendant you approached told you literally they did not know what was going on. Four hours after my flight was canceled I am still online waiting to speak to an attendant to determine what accommodations and or refunds are available to me and my family. The airline canceled a total of 17 flights today on July 12, and it is now 10:45 PM and they only have 2 attendants working the desk, with over 300 people still waiting online. If you can avoid avoid this airline Please do so at any cost!!!!!
