I’m surprised by all of the positive reviews.. my husband and I really didn’t like this. We were excited to watch it with our son since he’s a big Trolls 1 fan, but it barely kept his attention. The story line is way too complex and confusing for young kids. My son was able to understand the Trolls 1 storyline easily, but not this one, not even a little bit. I think the concept of various music genres was great, but with very poor execution. It had a lot of potential, but went south with too many subplots and details. This isn’t a movie I’d ever watch again. My son wouldn’t want to, either. I wish I could get my $20 back, but such is life.
