If you put the DC Marvel debate to one side and view WW1984 as it’s own film.... it’s terrible. There is no action outside the trailer, the plot doesn’t make sense, the dialogue is so corny I was rolling my eyes. One thing I cannot understand is why Patty J portrayed a majority of men as predators? That makes absolutely no sense to me. The first 2/3 of the original WW was great, it fell at the last hurdle. This film is bad after the opening scene. WB need to have someone onboard who reads this scripts, gives notes and can steer these films in the right direction. Because not even Gal who was good could carry a film which such a bad script.
