Steadmon Hawk

I love Gundam, I love Gundam, I love Gundam. However, this series isn’t sticking. I’ve mustered up to watch up till about episode 7 and I can only find myself loving the animation and style in this one. Lately, I can’t seem to follow along with the plot of Japanese style anime storytelling. Even in their video games these days, its extremely hard to understand the plot. They love to push and push the actual means until things are too late. Also where I’m trying to “recall” what they are referring too. I actually don’t know what the heck is going on in the Gquuuuux story. Somebody pls help me understand… yea the two girls love this guy they just met but what the heck is a Kira Kira????? Why do they keep saying it’s just sooo freaking random. Gundam UC has never mentioned this thing they keep calling it. The series is bad.

This is a very great movie!! I think people who aren’t well acquainted with the original stories will not give the film a proper rating. The thing I like most about the movie is that it gave me the Ghost in the Shell feeling like I was actually watching the anime. People who are real fans of the series would fully understand. The thing with race though is completely not related to the main story but some people can’t get over that simple thing and appreciate the actual story.

This movie was nothing short of AMAZING! The animation was extremely well made. All of the lighting was spot on! As another reviewer mentioned, they were telling a story first and foremost that translated flawlessly. I will forever remember this film as one of the best visually and narratively for the rest of my days when referring to Gundam, and animation in general. This film is just overall, probably the best I’ve seen in years! Netflix please keep it coming!
