Amazing!!!
I have always been in in love with both the series of the Grishaverse and was a tad bit skeptical about the television series. However, I was completely awed by the development and layout of the show and had to (yes HAD to) binge watch it in one day lol.
As somebody who was already completely furnished with all the information about the Grishaverse (due to the novels), it was pretty easy for me to comprehend. However, those who have not read the books might be a little confused due to the long list of characters being introduced in the first episode itself. Nonetheless, I suggest you keep going. Trust me, it gets so much better in the later episodes!!
I know a lot of people are criticizing how the show didn't stick to the books. However, I seem to like it better this way. It provides a completely different approach to the same characters. Also, let's face it, those of us that have read the books would have given up anything for a SoC trilogy. So, here..we got one!!
For me, the interaction between the dregs and Alina and Mal was definitely the best part, that being something we do not get to see in the books. I was totally swooning when Inej met Alina..AHHHHHHHHH
