As someone who loved and devoured the hunger games series, the prequel did NOT let me down. Collins takes you right into the story and explains in great detail the way Snow grew. In fact she had me sympathizing with him for a minute and I had to snap out of it and remember who I was reading about!! With the plot twists and climax, this book was exceptionally amazing and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
