Hollow knight is an amazing metroidvania game and an example of a game where the visuals gameplay and audio all meld together beautifully. The game is all painstakingly animated in 2D and has so many different characters and enemies all with their own unique animations. Audibly the game has an amazing soundtrack composed by the brilliant Christopher Larkin with the classical feel complementing the games style perfectly. All this along with the games amazingly tight control scheme makes this an incredibly fun and challenging experience and I would recommend anyone to give this game a go.
