It's irresponsible to say that because you don't know about a class of potential weapons that they do not exist. There have been many articles written about experimental microwave weaponry in our own military that has not been officially released. The author of this book seems to be trying to make the cause that anything to do with this idea must be false. Highly trained people are observing these attacks in various settings all around the world. It makes you wonder why someone (book author) would go to such lengths to try to discount this reporting.
