No you don’t earn on your content when you lose monetization. What is everyone talking about 🤦♂️ you just have different shit ways to earn no one cares about that have already existed or been in the works they’re just throwing into the update. “Bonuses for YouTube Shopping, Brand Deals, Trend Activations”. People want to earn on their content not kill their channel with ads only just to get paid.
Having the ability to do all those is great for those who care but this ruins monetization for people who just want to create short form content in their extra time and they now get nothing for it even at 9.9m QUALIFIED VIEWS of hard work. Needing to upload everyday to try and maintain 10m or get a banger viral video is not doable for a lot of people and that small revenue difference in just a few mil can be the reason someone can keep being a creator.
I’ll work harder myself and maybe even benefit more from the revenue pool if this goes through but this is insane for everyone else since I
