Homemade Pita Bread

1 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1 tablespoon olive oil
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

This White Chocolate Raspberry copycat has been requested SO many times, and I fear we nailed it and yes… it’s better than the one at the store.

Make this when you want everyone to think you stopped by the fancy bakery… but really you spent $10 and used a cake mix.

White Chocolate Raspberry Bundt Cake: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease/flour a bundt pan well. In a large bowl, mix 1 package white cake mix, 1 (3.4 oz) box instant white chocolate pudding mix, 1 cup sour cream, 4 eggs, 1/2 cup milk, and 1/2 cup oil until smooth, then stir in 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips. Pour half the batter into the pan, spoon over 1/4 cup raspberry preserves and swirl gently. Add remaining batter, top with the other 1/4 cup preserves, and swirl again.
