THIS IS BAD NEWS FOR JUST ABOUT ANY BUSINESS According to @chris_nectiv, (and I did a few searches to verify the observation), Google appears to show AI Overviews in about 90% of cases when you search for a brand name... This is not exactly great news for companies because they lose control over the narrative even more (those videos listed for sources are not from the official account and may very well include outdated product information, for example). It will also impact branded search click-through to the official sites and will encourage people to click all kinds of links in the AIO (or just change their minds right when reading it or when chatting with the AI Mode, which is incredibly easy, especially on mobile where the conversation moves to the AI Mode very smoothly when you simply expand the AIO). GEO/AEO industry report: What do in-house marketers and business owners call "AI visibility optimization," which tactics do they prioritize, and what are they concerned about? Why? ➡️ I want to hear from SEO and marketing teams that take care of ONE main brand (and have a unified strategy for it). ❗ Not-so-obvious reasons your Reddit account may have been suspended. As I have covered before, Reddit had a major update recently that caused a lot of accounts to be automatically suspended. I get lots of questions from people, all saying the same thing: "We didn't promote anything, we didn't post links, but our account was suspended". Here are a few things that may cause automated suspension on Reddit: 1️⃣ You registered an account name that is very similar to one that was previously suspended (If you check a username on Reddit and see it suspended, don't register a close variation of it). 2️⃣ You don't read enough (VERY commonly, people track keywords on Reddit and show up to make a comment. They don't spend enough time on Reddit otherwise) 3️⃣ You don't join and engage with subreddits, apart from commenting or posting there (Same workflow as above) 4️⃣ You log in from different IPs (can be while traveling) What would you add (apart from actually using every opportunity to promo
